Governing how we work with our Clients, including payments, responsibilities and code of conduct. All clients active on the network must be familiar with and adhere to the terms and conditions at all times.
Joining the platform as a publisher
All Eligible Clients are to be Fair, and/or ShareASale platform(s) must accept the Publisher Terms that are on this page. This page contains references to which specific sets of terms and additional contractual documents will apply to you. Note that multiple terms and contractual documents might apply to you depending on your activity, so please read carefully.
Which T&Cs apply
The Publisher Terms version that apply to you, will depend on which programme(s) you participate in. The following rules apply:
T-WOL AG Publisher Terms
Applies if: You have a residence in the EU and you work on programmes on the T-WOL network.
T-WOL LTD Publisher Terms
Applies if: You have a non-EU/UK residence (including UK) and you work on programmes on the T-WOL network, except where the T-WOL Brasil Publisher Terms apply.

Which data processing provisions apply
The data processing provisions that apply to you will depend on whether or not you contact with T-WOL LTD or T-WOL AG and/or whether or not you are a consumer or business user of the following rules apply:

If you contract with T-WOL LTD or T-WOL AG, and/or
You process EU/UK and subject data (i.e. EU/UK consumers, website visitors)
