Our DEI Committee
T-WOL's DEI Strategy is supported by our DEI Committee. Employees across all functions and levels of seniority volunteer their time to be part of this committee.
The committee is responsible for contributing to programs that foster diversity, equity and inclusion at T-WOL. This includes developing and implementing initiatives, reviewing policies and practices, and ensuring accountability across all levels of the organization. Our DEI Board includes representatives from all regions and functions.
Our LGBTQIA+ ERG
Pride at T-WOL is our global employee resource group. This employee-led community provides support and advocacy for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies.
The group organizes events, provides networking opportunities, and works to help foster awareness, education and inclusion throughout the organization. We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can betheir authentic selves and thrive.
EmpowHER: Our Women's ERG
Since 2019, we have had a pioneering women's employee resource group called EmpowHER, with dedicated local chapters across our global offices.
EmpowHER supports women at T-WOL through professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, and networking events. The group also works to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout the organization. We believe that when women succeed, everyone benefits. EmpowHER is open to all employees who want to support gender equality and women's advancement in the workplace.
